14th Annual NYC Chocolate Show

will take place Thursday, November 10 through Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City. Tickets will go on sale in mid-August. I will be doing a very chocolatey demonstration and a book signing on Sunday November 13.
